Bowing in, lining up, listening first. Respect on the mat quietly carries over to home and the classroom.
Ten Japanese martial arts, from Karate and Judo to Kendo, Iaido and SpoChan, plus practical self-defence for kids from age 5, teens and adults. A Hyderabad NGO since 1986.
Since 1986 in Hyderabad Trainers of Indian Army commando units 194 state medals in Judo alone

Within a few months, the same families describe something different. These are the six changes our masters train for, in every class, at every age.
Bowing in, lining up, listening first. Respect on the mat quietly carries over to home and the classroom.
Each new form and belt is earned in front of peers. Shy students learn to stand tall and speak up.
Kicks, throws and sword drills build real fitness, balance and mobility without machines or screens.
Practical escapes, blocks and awareness drills, practised safely with partners until they become instinct.
Memorising kata trains attention span. Many parents notice calmer study time within the first term.
Breathwork, Aikido, Iaido and Kendo practice leave working professionals fitter, less stressed and more self-assured.

In January 2026, Golden Dragons conferred the title Tiger of Martial Arts on actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, who trained in Kendo under our founder.
On the same occasion he received the Fifth Dan from Japan's Sogo Budo Kanri Kai and was inducted into the Takeda Shingen Clan's Kenjutsu lineage under Soke Muramatsu Sensei, at a sword investiture ceremony held by Keninkai International.
We promote Japanese culture alongside the martial arts, through Indo-Japan festivals, Japan Week at IIT Hyderabad and cultural programs at EFLU Hyderabad.

For children aged 5–12, split into 5–8 and 9–12 batches
SpoChan foam-sword games, Karate basics and safe Judo falling drills build coordination and listening skills, while partner work teaches respect and self-control. Anti-bullying awareness is part of every term.

For students aged 13–18
Judo randori, Karate kumite, Kendo bouts and Kobudo weapons give teenagers a healthy outlet for energy and a goal they own. Exam-season timings are adjusted every year.

For beginners and returning martial artists, 18 and above
A structured, authentic practice that replaces the gym routine. Train in Karate, Aikido, Ju-Jutsu, Kenjutsu, Iaido, Kendo and Kenbu for full-body fitness, practical self-defence and a calmer mind, with early-morning classes that finish before the workday.

Women-only batch for ages 14 and above, led by a female instructor
Simple, proven Ju-Jutsu and Aikido techniques for real situations: commuting, crowds, travel and walking home late. No prior fitness required.

For selected students from green belt upward
Focused preparation for district, state and national Judo, Karate, Kendo and SpoChan championships, following the path that has produced national medallists since 1991.
A clear path, so students and parents always know what comes next.
Pick a batch and a time. Your first class is free, and loose sportswear is all you need.
A master checks fitness, flexibility and goals, then talks you or your child through the right batch.
Train with students of the same age and level. Uniform and a progress card are given on joining.
Grading every four months, with clear syllabus goals for each belt from white to black.
From army grounds to college auditoriums, these moments from our archive show the strength, control and trust our senior students build over years of training.
Breaking and endurance feats are performed only by senior black belts under the founder's supervision. They are not part of regular classes.

Aarav used to come home and go straight to his tablet. Now he reminds us it's practice day. His class teacher says he's much more attentive.
My daughter was being teased on the school bus. After six months here she carries herself differently, and the teasing simply stopped.
I tried three gyms and quit all of them. This is the first fitness routine I've kept for two years. I'm stronger, and honestly calmer at work.
Sensei pushed me to compete at state level. I didn't win the first time, but I learned how to handle pressure, and that helped in my board exams too.
The women's course gave me practical skills I actually remember. I travel alone for work and I feel prepared rather than anxious.
Both our boys train here. The masters are strict about respect and safety, and kind at the same time. That balance is rare.

Children can join from age 5. We place them in a 5–8 or 9–12 batch after the trial assessment. There is no upper age limit for adults, and we adapt training for older beginners and anyone with injuries.
Fees depend on the program you join. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 98850 44250 for current fees. Your first trial class is free.
All classes are held in the morning. Regular sessions run from 7:00 to 8:00 am on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, with a longer session from 7:00 to 9:00 am on Sunday. There are no classes on Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
Yes. Every class starts with a structured warm-up, sparring uses certified protective gear, and contact is introduced only when a student is ready. Our masters are first-aid certified and the mat area is padded and supervised at all times.
Not for the trial; comfortable sportswear is fine. On joining, we will tell you which uniform and equipment your program needs and where to get them.
Gradings are held every four months. Students are invited once they meet attendance and syllabus goals for their belt. Each grading tests kata, techniques, fitness and conduct, and parents are welcome to watch.
Try a full class in the right batch, meet the masters and see the academy. No fee, no pressure to join.
Prefer to talk? Call +91 98850 44250 or message us on WhatsApp.
We'll call you within one working day to confirm the date and batch.
